EMT-B/CPR/First Aid Courses Registration
All payments are final at the time of registration regardless of whether or not the payer participates or completes the course/certification. Students who register for a CPR/First Aid Course and who fail to attend the course may re-schedule for a subsequent course of equal certification. Students may reschedule ONE time only. Students who fail to attend their initial registered course as well as their re-scheduled course forfeit their registration – no refunds will be issued at any level for any CPR/First Aid Course Registration.
Students who register for the EMT-B Course can request a full refund if the request is made and received, in writing, no less than 30 days prior to the first day of instruction. Students requesting a refund 15 days prior to the first day of instruction will receive 85% their original registration fees. Students requesting a refund less than 5 days prior to the first day of instruction will receive 75% their original registration fees. There will be no refund issued to students who withdraw from or fail the EMT-B Course. Per registration policy – Students may register for the EMT-B course by submitting half the full tuition at the time of registration with the remaining balance due half way through the regularly scheduled curriculum. Students who withdraw from or fail the course for any violation of course policy MUST remit the FULL TUITION. Students who fail to remit full tuition will not be eligible for the Repeat Student Discount and may be subject to third party collections processes. Students receiving a No-Pass grade and who are required to repeat this course to earn an EMT-B Course Completion Certification may request a 25% Repeat Student Discount (RSD). RSD will be offered on an individual basis and is at the sole discretion of OMS Management. All Refunds associated with online payment will be subject to a 3% handling fee – this is a direct reflection of what we are charged per transaction.
